Do you resize rings?

If you would like to have a ring sized, please contact us PRIOR to making your purchase with the size needed by using the form on the Contact page. Please include a description of the ring you are inquiring about. If you are unsure of your ring size, we suggest you have your finger measured at a jewelry store or jeweler near you. Any reputable store or jeweler should be able to do this for you for no charge. We'll let you know if it's possible to make the ring the size requested, the sizing fee, time estimate for sizing (typically about two weeks) and if you want to proceed, we will adjust the listing for you to include the sizing prior to purchase.

The sizing fee will vary based upon the material, thickness of the band and size needed. When we increase the size of a ring we add material.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax of 6.625% will be added to orders for NJ delivery only. (Our business is located in NJ, so we are required to charge state sales tax to our fellow residents.)

When and how will my order ship?

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Circumstances (such as weather) can create delays that we have no control over. Please keep this in mind if you are placing an order and need an item by a specific date. We appreciate your understanding.

We ship within the domestic United States via the United States Postal Service. Each item will be wrapped safely and securely for shipping.

We will ship your item within 3 business days after receipt of payment. In the event we are sizing, engraving or doing other work at your request the item will be shipped once that work has been completed.

Priority/Express Option: If you would like to request expedited shipping please contact us PRIOR to making your purchase so we can let you know if we can accommodate your request. There may be an additional fee for expedited shipping.

How will my order be packed?

Each item is safely and securely packed in a box that is suitable for gift giving. The boxed item(s) are then placed in a padded envelope or box for shipping.

What are shipping fees and where do you ship?

We offer free shipping within the domestic United States (as defined by the USPS). At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Please note: In case of return, our shipping fees to you are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping.

What is your return policy?

For Online Orders:

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of its receipt and send it back to us within 14 days of its receipt. Returned items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Any items which have been sized, engraved, personalized, etc. prior to shipping, or damaged or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns must be sent to us in the same manner in which we shipped to you. For example, with insurance and signature required, as applicable. Please package your item carefully so it is not damaged in shipment. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. The return ship to address is:

Once we have received the returned item and find it to be in the same condition it was sent we will process your refund. Your refund will be LESS our actual shipping cost (which varies based upon shipping location, insurance, etc.).

Photography / Colors in Photos: Please note that colors may vary on each computer monitor. We do our best to photograph and describe each item to the best of our ability.

Measurements: The measurements provided in our listings are approximate.

Condition: Our pieces are antique and vintage which means they had previous owners and were worn and loved. Antique and vintage jewelry is often not perfect and will show signs of wear. This can include imperfections such as light scratches, small nicks, scuffs that may be on the metal or the stones. This is what makes each piece special and unique! We do our best to photograph and describe each item and point out any flaws that we feel are noteworthy. Please review all of the photos and video (if applicable) carefully and feel free to ask any questions prior to making your purchase.

Boxes / Props Shown in Photos: Any boxes or items shown in listing photos other than the item for sale are for display purposes only unless otherwise noted.

To See An Item: If you are able to visit our shop in Belmar, NJ and would like to see an online item, please contact us a few days before your visit using the form on our Contact page. We'll make sure the item is on the premises for you to see.

Item Unavailable: Please note that we sell on multiple platforms. We strive to keep all inventory current and up-to-date, but in rare instances there may be items for sale that turn out to be unavailable. Should an item be purchased that is no longer available, we will contact the customer as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Cancellation of Order: We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion (for instance, if a customer has made excessive returns).
