This Vintage Yellow Gold Puffy Heart Charm is beautiful! The heart has a ribbed front and back and is set within a an oval of gold. The hanging loop is marked indistinctly and the charm tests for at least 18k gold (not gold plated or filled). The pendant measures approximately 22 mm in length excluding the hanging loop and approximately 13.5 mm wide and 4.5 mm deep. The heart is hollow while the gold surround is solid gold. The heart charm or pendant is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. A really lovely and classic item, this heart charm is very feminine. This would be a wonderful gift for a friend or sweetheart or treat yourself to this wonderful vintage item! It can be worn on the chain of your choice. How chic and romantic!
