This Antique Amethyst Ring has lots of detail! It is circa the late 1800's and brings you back to the Victorian era! This style of ring was often given as an engagement ring, promise ring or love token. The amethyst measures approximately 7.5 mm x 10 mm and has soft purple color. The shoulders of the band retain fabulous detail. The ring is not marked but tests for 10k gold (solid gold, not plated or filled). In our opinion the gold has a slight rosy tone which is lovely. This ring is a real beauty! This ring can be worn with dressy and casual outfits alike. It is in very nice vintage condition (there is evidence of a past sizing) and it's ready to be worn and enjoyed!
