Antique 14k Gold Diamond Engagement Ring: Art Deco Filigree, Circa 1930

This Vintage Natural Diamond Ring circa 1930 is magnificent! The ring has fabulous style with open work filigree on the sides of a raised square shape that surrounds a sparkling Transitional European cut diamond. This exquisite ring will make her heart go pitter patter! The diamond weighs approximately .45 - .50 carats and has approximately I color and SI1 clarity. The diamond catches the light and sparkles! The rise of the ring is approximately 6 mm. The band is unmarked but tests for 14k gold. The gold is white on the top of the ring where the diamond is set and the remainder is yellow. This ring is in very nice vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. This ring is a quintessential example of Art Deco style with its fancy shape, filigree work, old cut diamond and balanced lines. It is in wonderful vintage condition retaining beautiful details. This would make a wonderful engagement ring, pre-engagement ring, promise ring or could be worn as a right hand ring. It is breathtaking!
