Vintage 14k Gold Green Spinel Ring: 1950s Diamond Accent, Size 6

This Vintage 14k Gold Green Spinel and Diamond Ring is fabulous! The ring dates to the 1950's and the yellow and white gold setting has beautiful detail with small natural diamonds at the shoulders. The spinel has the look of peridot with a pale green color in a cut cornered rectangle cut. The stone measures approximately 10 x 12 mm and under magnification it can be seen that there are abrasions at the table edge as would be expected for a ring of this age (this is not noticeable when the ring is worn). The accent diamonds are single cut and weigh approximately .01 carats each. The setting is marked 14k KB (possibly Krasnow Bros. located in New York from the 1950's) and is exquisite with elegance in the lines. It tests for 14k gold (not plated or filled). A wonderful presentation of a very classic and traditional style. This ring is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. Peridot is the birthstone for August. This ring would be a great addition to any collection!
