This Vintage 14k Gold Cameo Style Ring is fabulous! The yellow gold ring is beautifully shaped and features a raised profile, possibly a goddess, likely designed this way to resemble a coin. The gold ring has nice detail with a rope style design around the top. It measures approximately 21 mm across at the widest point. The ring is marked on the inside B 14KT Italy. This ring is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. It can be worn with casual and dressy outfits and easily blends with your other gold jewelry. A nice find!
