This Vintage 14k Gold Diamond Heart Necklace is gorgeous! The necklace features a heart that reminds us of a bunting with the look of layers of gold. The center of the necklace holds seventeen full cut round natural diamonds weighing approximately .015 - .02 carats each and totaling between 1/4 and 1/3 of a carat. A beautiful design circa the 1980's. The heart section measures approximately 1 7/16" east to west and 5/8" north to south. The connected fancy flat wheat link chain has a claw lock and the piece is marked 14k and tests for 14k gold (not plated or filled). This necklace is in nice vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. A great piece to wear everyday and on special occasions. We think this would be beautiful on a bride. This would be a wonderful gift for a loved one or treat yourself to this wonderful vintage treasure!

Any reputable store or jeweler should be able to do this for you for no charge. We'll let you know if it's possible to make the ring the size requested, the sizing fee, time estimate for sizing (typically about two weeks) and if you want to proceed, we will adjust the listing for you to include the sizing prior to purchase.
