Vintage 14k Yellow Gold Garnet Cluster Ring: Black Enamel Floral Design, Size 7

This Vintage 14k Gold Garnet Ring is very lovely! It showcases a cluster of dark brick red garnets that are highlighted with black enamel and yellow gold "petals" at the edge giving it the look of a flower. The circa 1960's ring features a 14k gold setting and round faceted natural garnets. The center garnet is the largest and measures approximately 7 mm. There are an additional eight garnets forming a halo, each measuring approximately 2.5 mm. The stones and setting create a tiered effect. The top of the ring measures approximately 16.2 mm and the rise is almost 9 mm. The ring is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. It is marked 14k and tests for 14k gold (not plated or filled). There is also an indistinct maker's mark of B&F that we believe to be for Baden & Foss of New York. The deep brick red garnets are just magnificent! This ring has classic style and is one that you can wear every day and on special occasions. It's a great ring to add to any collection!
