This Vintage 14k Sapphire and Diamond Ring is lovely! The oval sapphire is natural. The sapphire measures approximately 5.0 x 6.3 mm. The center stone is accented with full cut natural diamonds on each side. There are twenty diamonds weighing approximately .025 carats, I-K color, I1-I2 clarity. There is a total of approximately 1/2 carat of diamonds. The rise of the ring is approximately 8.3 mm. The ring is marked 14k and tests for 14k gold (not plated or filled). This ring is in nice vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. Sapphire is the September birthstone and is said to symbolize power, wisdom, virtue and good fortune. This ring is beautiful! The yellow gold, sparkling diamonds and blue sapphire make a wonderful combination!
