This Vintage 14k Gold Amethyst and Topaz Heart Necklace is beautiful! The heart pendant has a pierced design resembling filigree and holds a heart shaped purple amethyst on one side and a blue topaz on the other side. It's a well made piece and the large loop swivels. The S style chain measures approximately 16". The pendant and chain are each marked 14k and test for 14k gold (not plated or filled). This necklace is gorgeous, is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed.
