Vintage 14k Yellow Gold Purple Sapphire Filigree Heart Pendant, Puffy Heart Charm

This Vintage 14k Gold Puffy Heart Charm is beautiful! The heart pendant has a fancy open filigree design and features a heart shaped lab created purple sapphire at the center. The back of the charm is filigree with a heart shaped gold center. The hollow pendant measures approximately 28 mm in length including the hanging loop and approximately 20.5 mm wide. The piece is unmarked and tests for 14k gold (not plated or filled). Under magnification you can see that the sapphire has a small nick on its top that cannot be seen when it is worn. The pendant/charm is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. A really lovely and classic item, this heart charm is very feminine. This would be a wonderful gift for a friend or sweetheart or treat yourself to this wonderful vintage item! It can be worn on the chain of your choice. How feminine and romantic!
