This Vintage 14k Purple Sapphire Ring is lovely! The yellow gold ring has wonderful style with a fabulous rectangle cut synthetic (lab created) sapphire stone set sideways and it has vibrant purple color. The purple color of the sapphire is reminiscent of amethyst (February's birthstone) and the stone measures approximately 3.8 x 5.6 mm. On one side six small single cut diamonds weighing approximately .005 carats each and set in white gold add detail. The design of this ring makes a statement and it will liven up any outfit you wear. The band is marked 14k and the ring tests for solid 14k gold (not plated or filled). This ring is in nice vintage condition is ready to be worn and enjoyed. A fun style!
