This Vintage 14k Gold Blue Topaz and Diamond Ring is beautiful! The ring features six marquise cut blue topaz stones bezel set in a yellow gold setting with three small natural diamond accents at each side. The topaz stones measure approximately 4.5 x 8 mm. The topaz has a rich blue color. The dome style ring measures approximately 15 mm north to south and 19 mm east to west with a rise of 6.5 mm. It is marked 14k and tests for 14k gold (not plated or filled). This ring is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed.
