This Vintage Gold Sapphire and Ruby Heart Necklace is beautiful! The heart shaped pendant features fifteen natural rubies on one side and fifteen natural blue sapphires on the other side. A wonderful reversible design! The rubies and sapphires measure approximately 2.5 mm. The bale is marked with a crown and 18k and tests for 18k gold (not plated or filled). The heart measures approximately 12.0 x 18.0 mm including the bale. This lovely pendant has a classic and timeless design. It is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. Just stunning! It would make a lovely gift or a treat for yourself!

Ring Sizing
If you would like to have a ring sized, please contact us PRIOR to making your purchase with the size needed by using the form on the Contact page. Please include a description of the ring you are inquiring about. If you are unsure of your ring size, we suggest you have your finger measured at a jewelry store or jeweler near you. Any reputable store or jeweler should be able to do this for you for no charge. We'll let you know if it's possible to make the ring the size requested, the sizing fee, time estimate for sizing (typically about two weeks) and if you want to proceed, we will adjust the listing for you to include the sizing prior to purchase.
The sizing fee will vary based upon the material, thickness of the band and size needed. When we increase the size of a ring we add material.
