Vintage 18k White Gold Green Jadeite Disc Necklace - 17"

This Vintage 18k Gold Jade Necklace is elegant! The necklace features a disc shaped deep rich green jadeite jade stone bezel set in 18k white gold with a small gold ball on its face. Above the stone a fancy bale with gold beads adds flourish. The stone measures approximately 18.5 mm and has beautiful shine and richness. The stone tests for jadeite jade using a refractometer. We have not tested the stone further and believe it could be dyed and have priced this piece accordingly. Overall pendant measures approximately 19 x 29 mm including the bale. The chain from which it hangs is a box chain measuring approximately 17". The pendant is marked AT, a maker's mark that we do not recognize, and tests for 18k gold. The chain is marked and tests for 18k gold. This necklace is well made and is in nice vintage condition. An unusual and gorgeous necklace that can be worn for both casual and dressy occasions. A great find!
