This Estate 18k White Gold Ruby Solitaire Ring is gorgeous! The ring features one faceted oval cut ruby measuring approximately 5.8 x 7.4 x 4.1 mm or approximately 1 1/2 carats by calculation. The ruby has deep red color. We expect that the ruby was heat treated as most on the market have been and it is priced accordingly. The setting has wonderful style with a double ringed design below the stone. Truly stunning! The setting is marked 18k Grassi (a maker's mark that we do not recognize). It tests for 18k gold (solid, not plated or filled). This ring is in good vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. Perfect as an everyday ring, July birthstone ring or engagement ring!
