This Vintage 18k Cameo Pendant is elegant! The pendant showcases a finely carved shell cameo of a cherub face in high profile with nice detail. The cameo is bezel set in a fabulous 18k gold holder with eight full cut natural diamonds weighing approximately .02 carats each adding accent. The cameo hangs on a 14k (tested) gold loop. The cameo pendant surround is unmarked but tests for 18k gold. This cameo is very well made and in nice vintage condition. It is ready to be worn and enjoyed. The design of this exceptional piece is elegant, beautiful and very feminine. The pendant measures approximately 22 x 29.5 mm (including the hanging loop).
