This Vintage 18k Gold Amethyst Ring is lovely! The ring features a bezel set deep purple natural amethyst. The amethyst is square cut and measures approximately 6 x 6 mm. The setting has beautiful details with a ribbed design at the shoulders. The ring has Swedish hallmarks including three crowns and 18k and tests for 18k gold (not filled or plated). This ring is in nice vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. Amethyst is the birthstone for February. Some believe that amethyst can bring you calmness, inner peace and may heighten the wearer's natural intuition. It is also said to be a stone of protection. If you or a friend have a February birthday or simply love the color purple this ring is for you!
