Vintage 18k Yellow Gold Natural Emerald and Diamond Ring, Wide Emerald Cigar Band Ring, Size 6.5

This Vintage 18k Gold Emerald Ring is fabulous! The ring features a cabachon natural green emerald set off by six natural diamonds in a fantastic deep blue enamel and gold setting. It's a gorgeous design with moon and star style shapes against what appears to be a night sky. The natural emerald measures approximately 7 mm x 5.5 mm and has beautiful deep green color. The diamonds are round full cuts, weighing approximately .05 carats each, G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity. There are approximately .30 carats in total diamond weight. The enamel is all present. The rise is approximately 6.25 mm. The band is marked 18k and tests for solid 18k gold. This ring is exceptionally well made and in nice vintage condition. This ring exhibits wonderful color, style and workmanship.

Emerald green is a calming color that is said to encourage growth, reflection, peace and balance, healing and fertility. In Ancient Rome it was felt that the very soul of an individual would be restored when they wore emerald jewelry.
