Vintage Art Deco 14k White Gold Diamond Filigree Bracelet with Emerald Glass (6.5")

This Vintage Art Deco White Gold Filigree Diamond Bracelet is gorgeous! The bracelet is Art Deco circa the late 1920's to early 1930's. It is made up of small hinged panels on either side of a lozenge shaped central panel holding one Old European cut diamond weighing approximately .25 carats. There are an additional eight diamonds, they are Old Mine cuts and Old European cut, weighing approximately .10 carats each. There is a total of approximately 1 carat of diamonds. All of the diamonds are approximately I-K color, SI2-I1 clarity. On either side of the center diamond is a fancy cut marquise shaped emerald green glass stone. The use of colored glass in pieces like this during this time period was common. The bracelet measures approximately 16 mm in width at the center. The filigree work is beautiful with curves and straight lines and the panels come together to form small flowers. The hidden clasp is in good working order and the lock is marked 14k PL and the bracelet tests for 14k gold with the exception of the safety chain that looks to be a replacement and is gold filled. The top of the bracelet is layered in platinum as was common for high quality bracelets of this kind at the time. This is a lovely piece! With its feminine and romantic Art Deco style it would look beautiful on a bride or would make any occasion extra special!
