Vintage Art Deco Amethyst Pendant Pin: 14k White Gold Filigree

This Vintage Art Deco Diamond Pendant Pin is gorgeous! The piece showcases a long intricate filigree pendant with one round purple amethyst. The antique setting has a beautiful fancy lozenge shape and fabulous detail with filigree open work designs including tiny floral shapes. The piece has a hinged bale that can be opened to wear as a pendant or folded under so it can be worn as a pin. A very clever design! The pendant measures approximately 2 1/8" north to south including the bale x 3/4" east to west. The pendant is marked 14k on the pin clasp and tests for 14k gold. This piece is in nice vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. Amethyst is the February birthstone. This is a fantastic piece that can be worn for both casual and dressy occasions. A real beauty!
