This Vintage Diamond Engagement Ring is fabulous! The ring showcases an Old Mine cut natural diamond weighing approximately .55 carats, L color and VS2-SI1 clarity set in a claw setting (also known as a belcher setting). The belcher or claw setting has magnificent antique style and combined with the sparkling diamond gives this ring tremendous charm. The stone in this ring circa the late 1800's. The ring is not marked but tests for 10k gold. The ring has a rise of approximately 6.5 mm. The diamond glitters, shimmers and sparkles with lots of life! This ring is from the Victorian period and is in good vintage condition. It is ready to be worn and enjoyed. It would make a lovely engagement ring, pre-engagement ring, promise or right hand ring. This is a fantastic vintage find!
