This Vintage Diamond Heart Pendant is lovely! The pendant showcases one brilliant cut round natural diamond in an open heart shape. The diamond weighs approximately .10 carats with I color, SI2 clarity. The pendant is marked 14k and tests for 14k gold (solid gold, not plated or filled).
