Vintage Solid 9k Yellow Gold Claddagh Pendant, Small Irish Claddagh Charm

This Vintage 9k Gold Claddagh Pendant is beautiful! The small pendant has the traditional Claddagh design with a crowned heart and two hands. The pendant measures approximately 15 mm across at the widest point x 21 mm high including the bale. The pendant is marked 375 for 9k gold (solid gold, not plated or filled). The pendant is in nice vintage condition and is ready to be worn and enjoyed. The Claddagh design is the traditional Irish symbol of Love, Loyalty and Friendship. It is said that the heart represents love, the crown loyalty and the hands friendship. Claddaghs are often given as gifts to special people in ones life such as a girlfriend, boyfriend, child, parent or dear friend. The design is also a well known Irish symbol used by many to celebrate their Irish heritage. Wear it on a chain by itself or layered with other pendants.
